1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the vaultd. marketplace (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Marketplace Rules
vaultd. is a peer-to-peer marketplace for raw (ungraded) Pokémon Trading Card Game cards. All users must adhere to the following rules:
- Sellers must accurately describe the condition of every card using our standardized condition scale (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged).
- Listing photos must clearly show the front and back of the card. Stock images are not permitted.
- Prices must be listed in USD and reflect the actual asking price—no hidden fees or surcharges may be added outside the Platform.
- Sellers may not manipulate search results, artificially inflate watch counts, or engage in shill bidding on offers.
3. Fees
vaultd. charges a 7% platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee is deducted from the seller’s payout automatically at the time of payment processing. There are no listing fees, monthly subscription fees, or fees for buyers. Stripe may apply additional payment processing fees as described in their terms of service.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be listed on vaultd.:
- Professionally graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading service). vaultd. is exclusively for raw, ungraded cards.

- Non-Pokémon TCG items, including cards from other trading card games, accessories, or memorabilia.
- Counterfeit, fake, or proxy cards.
- Stolen merchandise or cards obtained through fraudulent means.
5. Buyer Protection
Buyers are protected when purchasing through the Platform. If a card arrives in a condition that is materially different from the listing description, or if a card does not arrive at all, the buyer may open a dispute within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Funds are held by Stripe until the buyer confirms receipt or the dispute window closes. If a dispute is resolved in the buyer’s favor, a full refund will be issued.
6. Seller Responsibilities
- Ship all orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Package cards securely using a top loader or equivalent rigid protection and a bubble mailer or padded envelope.
- Provide valid tracking information for every shipment.
- Respond to buyer messages and disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory—do not list cards you do not physically possess.
- New sellers are subject to a $300 per-listing price cap and a maximum of 3 listings per 24-hour period until they achieve Verified Seller status.
7. Payment Processing
All payments on vaultd. are processed through Stripe. Sellers must connect a valid bank account via Stripe Connect to receive payouts. vaultd. does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on its servers. By using the Platform, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through vaultd.’s internal dispute process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted under these Terms.
9. Account Termination
vaultd. reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, receives repeated buyer complaints, or otherwise abuses the Platform. Sellers with pending payouts at the time of termination will receive their funds after any open disputes are resolved, minus applicable fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
